Legislative initiatives have sparked system-wide changes in the ways that healthcare will be provided and paid for in the coming decades. Margaret has coached change leaders in healthcare organizations to handle challenging communication issues, provide timely and constructive feedback and manage time and energy more effectively.

As attendance and membership in traditional religious institutions continue to drop, change leaders have an opportunity to rethink the way faith communities engage with Gen X and Millennials in shaping the spiritual and ethical landscape of our culture. Margaret works with denominational leaders and local pastors to support ecclesiastical entrepreneurs who are experimenting with new formats and structures for worship and community service.

As a coach, Margaret is often called upon to help her clients sort through issues that arise not just in work life, but also in their roles as parents, spouses and care providers for aging relatives. Margaret uses Myers-Briggs and DISC as tools to support healthy communication and conflict resolution in families. Her empathic listening provides a sounding board for clients who want to achieve better integration between their professional and personal lives.

Margaret has long had an interest in alternative economic systems, including cooperatives, small business and socially-responsible capitalism. She has a great love of the entrepreneurial spirit and has helped numerous clients launch new enterprises aligned with their spiritual vocation. She provides models and wisdom clients can use to support the financial sustainability of their entrepreneurial ventures. And she has coached change leaders in the cooperative movement.
